摘要
为响应乡村振兴战略,加快“十四五”规划建设工作,基于“三生”功能,选取与人居环境相关的22个指标,构建农村人居环境评价指标体系,依据安徽省16个地级市的2016—2020年的面板数据,采用熵值法进行分析,在乡村振兴背景下对农村人居环境质量空间格局进行评价。结果表明:安徽省生态环境改善成效显著,有利于后续生态文明建设;安徽省农村人居环境质量水平逐年升高,但农村人居环境整体发展不平衡,部分地区间差距依然存在,呈现出“皖南高,皖北低”的空间分异格局。针对农村人居环境质量问题,从生产、生活和生态三个维度提出相应的优化建议。
In order to respond to the rural revitalization strategy,accelerate the construction of"the 14th Five-year Plan",based on the"Production-life-ecology"function,22 indicators related to the human settlements environment were selected to construct the evaluation index system of rural human settlements environment.Based on the panel data of 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province from 2016 to 2020,entropy method was used to analyze and evaluate the spatial pattern of rural human settlement environment quality under the background of rural revitalization.Results showed that the improvement of ecological environment in Anhui Province was remarkable,which was conducive to the subsequent construction of ecological civilization.The quality level of rural human settlements in Anhui Province has increased year by year,but the overall development of rural human settlements is unbalanced,and the gap between some regions still exists,showing a spatial differentiation pattern of"high in southern Anhui Province and low in northern Anhui Province".Aiming at the environment quality of rural human settlements,the paper puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions from three dimensions of production,life and ecology.
