摘要
目前,国内以“用户需要”与“用户体验”双视角展开图书馆阅读推广的研究较少。关注用户需要与用户体验在图书馆阅读推广中发挥的作用,有利于图书馆阅读推广工作的深入发展。文章以马斯洛需求层次理论与体验的4E理论为指导,在阐述图书馆用户需要与用户体验类型与关系的基础上,构建阅读推广视域下图书馆用户需要与用户体验模式,并提出图书馆可在基于模式内容聚焦用户的核心需求、创造用户综合性体验、升级用户体验与用户需要方面着手推进。
Paying attention to the role of user needs and user experience in library reading promotion is conducive to in-depth development of library reading promotion.The article takes Maslow’s demand hierarchy theory and 4E theory of experience as guide.Based on clarifying library user needs and the type and relationship between and user experience,it constructs library user need and user experience mode from the perspective of reading promotion.It also puts forward that libraries could make improvements based on model content,focus on the core of the user requirements,create user comprehensive experience,and upgrade user experience and user needs.
