摘要
以澳凼第四条跨海大桥设计连建造工程为例,从项目设计管理中设计优化角度,结合港澳地区工程招标及承揽规则,分析研究在投标阶段和实施阶段采取的不同设计优化策略;总结了项目投标阶段通过对招标条款及初步设计方案的分析研究,在初步设计方案基础上进行创新优化,提升了投标竞争优势;深化设计阶段融合了内地、香港地区、澳门地区三地技术规范、标准体系,并结合工程特点和施工方案成功实现了设计与施工的双向联动。通过总结分享设计优化管理在澳凼第四条跨海大桥设计连建造工程承揽、实施过程中发挥的积极引领作用,以期为越来越多的建筑企业在工程设计优化管理方面提供经验借鉴。
This article takes the project of design and construction of fourth marine bridge between Macao and Taipa as an example.It analyzes and studies the different design optimization strategies adopted in the bidding stage and the implementation stage of this project from the perspective of design optimization in project design management and based on the project bidding and contracting rules in Hong Kong region and Macao region.Through the analysis and study of the bidding terms and the preliminary design in the bidding stage,it is concluded that innovation and optimization can be carried out on the basis of preliminary design to enhance the competitive advantage of bidding.In the project implementation stage,by integrating the technical specifications and standard systems of the Mainland,Hong Kong and Macao and combined with engineering characteristics and technical solutions,it successfully realizes the two-way linkage between design and construction.By summarizing and sharing the positive leading role of design optimization management in the process of the Macao-Taipa fourth marine bridge project contracting and implementation,it′s expected to provide experience for more and more construction enterprises in engineering design optimization management.
