摘要
[目的]研究推拿对轻度儿童过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。[方法]研究选取2021年4月—2022年3月天津中医药大学第二附属医院推拿科门诊就诊的60例轻度过敏性鼻炎患儿,随机将其分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。试验组接受小儿推拿疗法,对照组接受氯雷他定治疗。记录两组治疗前、治疗后2周和随访12个月的鼻部单一症状(喷嚏、流清涕、鼻塞、鼻痒)和总症状评分,以及总有效率和不良反应。[结果]治疗2周后,两组患儿的喷嚏、鼻痒、流清涕和鼻塞症状均明显缓解(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组的鼻塞症状评分更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为90.00%,对照组为86.67%,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访12个月后,试验组的鼻症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组的总有效率为80.00%,高于对照组的53.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]小儿推拿可以有效缓解轻度儿童过敏性鼻炎的鼻部症状,且疗效稳定,远期疗效优于氯雷他定。
[Objective]To investigate the clinical efficacy of pediatric tuina in the treatment of mild allergic rhinitis in children.[Methods]In this study,60 children with mild allergic rhinitis who received treatment at the Tuina Department of Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group received pediatric tuina therapy,while the control group received loratadine treatment.The single symptoms(sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,and nasal itching)and total symptom scores before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,and during a 12-month follow-up period were recorded for both groups,as well as the total effective rate and adverse reactions.[Results]After 2 weeks of treatment,symptoms of sneezing,nasal itching,runny nose,and nasal congestion in both groups of children were significantly relieved(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the score of nasal congestion symptoms in experimental group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 90.00%in the experimental group and 86.67%in the control group,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After a follow-up of 12 months,the nasal symptom score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was 80.00%,which was higher than that in the control group at 53.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Pediatric tuina can effectively alleviate nasal symptoms in children with mild allergic rhinitis,and the long-term therapeutic effect is stable and superior to loratadine.
