摘要
与传统的方法测定水中的粪大肠菌群相比,酶底物法操作简便,使用越来越多。探讨了培养时间、定量盘冷藏保存时间及季节这些时间因素的影响,发现在定性要求时定量盘全黄的,可不必等到24 h;结束培养后如不能及时读数,可将定量盘冷藏保存一段时间再读数,或拍照与标准阳性比色盘照片对比读数;较热月份粪大肠菌群出现高值的可能性会高于其他月份。
Compared with the traditional method to measure the fecal coliforms in water,the enzyme substrate method is easy to operate and used more and more.This paper discusses the influence of time factors such as culture time,quantitative plate refrigerated preservation time and season.It is not necessary to wait for 24 hours if the quantitative plate is completely yellow at the time of the qualitative request;if it cannot be read in time after the end of culture,the quantitative plate can be refrigerated for a period of time before reading,or take a photo and compare the reading with a standard quantitative plate photo;the possibility of high fecal coliforms in the hot months is higher than that in other months.
