摘要
目的探究分阶段康复运动指导联合延续性健康宣教在冠状动脉搭桥术(CABG)后患者康复中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2022年3月福建医科大学附属泉州市第一医院心外科收治的CABG术后患者68例,以入院前34例划分为对照组、后34例划分为观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上,给予分阶段康复运动指导与延续性健康宣教。对比两组患者组心肺功能、生活质量(NHP评分)、心理状态(SAS、SDS评分)。结果干预后观察观察组FEV1%、LVEF高于对照组,LVEDD低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组NHP量表各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分阶段康复运动指导联合延续性健康宣教可改善CABG术后患者的心理状态,促进心肺功能好转,从而改善生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of phased rehabilitation exercise guidance and continuous health education in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Methods A total of 68 patients admitted to our hospital after CABG surgery from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group(34 cases each)according to different admission sequence.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given phased rehabilitation exercise guidance and continuous health education based on the control group.The scores of cardiopulmonary function,the quality of life(NHP scores),and the psychological status(SAS,SDS scores)were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,FEV1%and LVEF in observation group were higher than those in control group,and LVEDD was lower than those in control group(P<0.05).SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of NHP scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Phased rehabilitation exercise guidance combined with continuous health education can improve the psychological state and cardiopulmonary function of patients after CABG,thus improving the quality of life.
