摘要
邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)是一类国内外广泛使用的增塑剂。参照GB 5009.271—2016《食品安全国家标准食品中邻苯二甲酸酯的测定》,采用GC-MS/MS技术测定油茶籽中增塑剂邻苯二甲酸酯方法,进行方法验证的研究。利用气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)多反应监测(multiple reaction monitoring, MRM)方式建立一种同时检测油茶籽17种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)持久性有机污染物的MRM方法,并且采用多管漩涡混合-吸附剂净化方法,可一次提取油茶籽中的17种PAEs,极大提高了检测的效率,节约了检测的时间成本。结果表明,17种PAEs化合物在0.02~0.50μg/mL内线性关系较好,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限/定量限、精密度、准确度均满足标准要求。建立GC-MS/MS(MRM)检测方法操作简便、净化效果好、准确度高,对于油茶籽样品的PAEs监测具有重要意义。
Phthalate esters(PAEs)are a widely used plasticizer both domestically and internationally.Referring to GB 5009.271-2016“National Food Safety Standard for the Determination of Phthalate Esters in Foods”,a method validation study was conducted using GC-MS/MS technology to determine the plasticizer PAEs in Camellia oleifera seeds.A multi reaction monitoring(MRM)method using gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)was established for the simultaneous detection of 17 persistent organic pollutants(PAEs)in Camellia oleifera seeds.The multi tube vortex mixing adsorbent purification method was used to extract 17 PAEs in Camellia oleifera seeds at once,greatly improving the detection efficiency and saving the detection time and cost.The results showed that when the 17 compounds of PAEs ranged from 0.02 to 0.50μg/mL,the linear relationship within is good,and the correlation coefficients are all greater than 0.999,the detection limit/quantification limit,precision,and accuracy of the method,which meet the standard requirements.The establishment of GC-MS/MS(MRM)detection method is easy to operate,has good purification effect,and high accuracy,which is of great significance for PAEs monitoring of Camellia oleifera seed samples.
