摘要
厦门山海健康步道控制性节点步云桥,首次将空间自锚式张弦钢桁梁结构运用到景观人行桥梁的建造,桥梁主跨为90 m;主梁采用梁高1.2 m、宽4.4 m的桁架结构;主缆采用?106 mm高钒索,缆索高6 m,撑脚最大宽度6.0 m。针对桥址位于植被茂密的沟壑,受限于环境保护要求而无法使用现代化大型机械设备施工的现状,在建立全桥BIM模型进行三维施工模拟的基础上,采用主梁工厂分段预制、公路运输至山下二级平台,将梁段分解成重量不大于3 t的组件,利用架设的滑道运送至山谷桥址,在引桥上拼装成重量不超过9 t的梁段,再利用安装在临时支架滑道上的轨道梁拖拉滑移就位、焊接形成主桁架的拼装方案。缆索张拉中使用多种监测设备相互校核,通过分级张拉,保证了在主缆张力平稳顺利地达到设计要求的同时,主桁的线形和内力也同时满足设计要求。本研究成果可为同类桥梁的设计与施工监控提供借鉴。
The control node of the Xiamen Mountain and Sea Health Trail,the Buyun Bridge,is the first case in which a'space self-anchored steel string structure is used for the construction of a landscape pedestrian bridge.The main span of the bridge is 90 m,and the main beam adopts a frame structure with the beam height of 1.2 m and width of 4.4 m.The main cable adopts 106 mm Galfan Cable,6 m in height,and the maximum width of the supporting leg is 6.O m.In order to overcome the current situation that the bridge is located in dense vegetation area,where is restricted by environmental protection requirements and it is impossible to use modern large-scale machinery and equipment for construction,on the basis of establishing full bridge BIM model for 3D construction simulation,the main beam is prefabricated in sections in factory,transported by road to the secondary platform down the mountain,the beam section is split into components not greater than 3 t,and be transported to the valley bridge site using an erected slideway.A beam segment weighing no more than 9 t is assembled on the approach bridge,and then the track beam installed on the temporary support slideway is used to drag and slip into place and weld to form the assembly scheme of the main truss.A variety of monitoring devices are used to check each other in cable tensioning.Through hierarchical tensioning,the tension of the main cable reaches the design requirements smoothly,while the alignment and internal force of the main girder meet the design requirements at the same time.The research method in this paper can provide reference for the design and construction monitoring of similar bridges.
