带有夹层的聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)荷正电纳滤膜的制备研究

摘要 通过界面聚合制备了带有阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)夹层的PEI荷正电纳滤膜。当PEI质量分数为0.2%、夹层PAM质量分数为0.15%时,PEI纳滤膜对氯化镁(MgCl2)的脱盐率为99.1%,水通量为77 LMH。扫描电镜(SEM)检测结果表明,带PAM夹层的纳滤膜表面产生了条纹结构,有效地增加了膜比表面积。Zeta电位测试结果表明,带有PAM夹层的PEI膜在pH 2~10范围内均带正电荷。红外(IR)分析结果表明,部分PAM掺杂在功能分离层中,增强了膜的荷正电性。模拟卤水实验结果表明,带有PAM夹层的PEI荷正电膜在不同的镁锂比条件下均具有优异的提锂性,为盐湖提锂提供了一个有效的膜分离途径。 Polyethyleneimine(PEI)positively charged nanofiltration membrane,which contains cationic polyacrylamide(PAM)interlayer,is prepared through interfacial polymerization.The desalination rate of magnesium chloride by PEI nanofiltration membrane is 99.1%with a water flux of 77 LMH when the contents of PEI and PAM are 0.2%and 0.15%,respectively.It is found through scanning electron microscope that stripe structure is generated on the surface of the nanofiltration membrane with PAM interlayer,which effectively increases the specific surface area of membrane.It is shown by Zeta potential test that the PEI membrane with PAM interlayer always brings positive charges within the pH range 2-10.It is indicated by infrared analysis that some PAM is mixed in the functional separation layer to enhance the positive charge of the membrane.The simulated brine experiment confirms that the PEI positively charged membrane with PAM interlayer has excellent performance in extracting lithium under different Mg2+/Li+ratios,which provides an effective membrane separation way for lithium extraction from salt lake.
