摘要
研究了8021铝合金电池软包箔的生产工艺,对不同工艺制度下电池软包材料的力学性能、微观组织进行检测分析。结果表明:采用5.0 mm厚热轧8021铝合金坯料轧制到0.5 mm厚进行完全再结晶退火,再轧制到0.04 mm进行成品退火,其抗拉强度为97 MPa,伸长率达到为22%,杯突值7.6%,综合性能满足电池软包箔的使用要求,达到了进口铝箔质量水平。
The production process of 8021 aluminum alloy foil for battery pouch was studied.Mechanical properties and microstructure of the battery pouch under different process systems were detected and analyzed.The results show that when the 8021 aluminum alloy is hot rolled from 5.0 mm thickness to 0.5 mm thickness for complete recrystallization annealing and rolled to 0.04 mm for finished product annealing,the tensile strength,elongation and cupping value are 97 MPa,22%,and 7.6%,respectively.The comprehensive performance meets the usage requirements of aluminum foil for battery pouch,reaching the quality level of imported aluminum foil.
