摘要
固体废弃物的综合利用在环境保护中起着至关重要的作用,利用固体废弃物为原料制备发泡陶瓷是实现这一目标的有效技术手段。工作着眼于绿色高附加值发泡陶瓷产业,以消耗固废为前提,综述了以固体废弃物为原料,使用不同的发泡方法制备发泡陶瓷的研究进展。总结了各种方法的发泡机理、优缺点、最新技术、制品性能以及未来的发展方向。以期为固体废弃物制备发泡陶瓷材料提供参考。
The comprehensive utilization of solid waste plays a crucial role in environmental preservation,and the use of solid waste as raw material to prepare foamed ceramics is an efficient technology to achieve this goal.This work focuses on the green and high value-added foamed ceramics industry.On the premise of consuming solid waste,the research progress of using solid waste as raw material and different foaming methods to prepare foamed ceramics is reviewed.The foaming mechanism,advantages and disadvantages,latest technology,product performance and future development direction of various methods are summarized in order to provide reference for the preparation of foamed ceramic materials from solid waste.
