岩土冻结的主要影响因素分析及应对措施

摘要 岩土冻结是应用人工制冷技术,将不稳定地层冻结成具有一定强度且封水的冻结壁,常用于矿山井筒及市政地铁联络通道、洞门穿过不稳定地层施工中,将冻结壁表面热量与冻结管总散热能力计算与热力学理论结合,通过对冻结体不同阶段、不同种类的热源分析,探讨影响岩土冻结需冷量的主要因素,分析各种因素对冻结壁的影响程度,提出克服岩土冻结不利因素的应对措施,在岩土冻结施工冷量计算中,按实际热交换量合理选取换热系数值,在施工过程中调整冷量供给,实现岩土冻结工程的高效建设,为矿井建设、冻结岩土施工安全保驾护航。 Rock soil freezing is the application of artificial refrigeration technology to freeze unstable strata into a frozen wall with certain strength and water sealing.Combining the calculation of the surface heat of the freezing wall and the total heat dissipation capacity of the freezing tube with thermodynamics,through the analysis of the different stages and different types of heat sources of the frozen body,the main factors affecting the cooling capacity of the rock soil freezing were discussed,the influence of various factors on the freezing wall was analyzed,and the countermeasures to overcome the adverse factors of the rock soil freezing were proposed.In the calculation of the cooling capacity of the rock soil freezing construction,the value of the heat exchange coefficient was reasonably selected according to the actual heat exchange capacity.During the construction,the cooling supply shall be adjusted reasonably to realize the safety,economy and efficiency of the geotechnical freezing project.
