摘要
我国煤矿掘进工作面综合机械化水平显著提高,正逐步向智能化、无人化迈进,这对巷道掘进过程中支护方案的选取提出了新的要求。以国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司锦界煤矿(以下简称“锦界煤矿”)31414运输掘进工作面为研究对象,提出了“树脂锚杆+冷拔丝网片+锚索”联合支护技术思路;从理论分析到数值模拟验证该支护方案的技术可行性。工程应用结果表明,巷道顶板最大移近量为40 mm,两帮最大变形量为60 mm,深部位移变化最大值为16 mm,锚索受力最大值为180 kN;联合支护方案可明显增加围岩结构的完整性,保证锦界煤矿31414运输掘进期间安全,并对类似大断面巷道掘进支护方案的选择提供参考依据。
The comprehensive mechanization level of coal mine heading face in China has been significantly improved,and it is gradually moving towards intelligence and unmanned,which puts forward new requirements for the selection of support scheme in the process of roadway driving.Taking the 31414 transport heading face of Jinjie Coal Mine of China Energy Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.as the research object,the technical idea of combined support of"resin bolt+cold drawn mesh+anchor cable"is put forward,and the technical feasibility of the support scheme is verified from theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The engineering application results show that the maximum displacement of roadway roof is 40 mm,the maximum deformation of two sides of roadway is 60 mm,the maximum deep displacement change is 16 mm,and the maximum stress of anchor cable is 180 kN.The combined support scheme can obviously increase the integrity of surrounding rock structure and ensure the safety transportation and driving of 31414 heading face in Jinjie Coal Mine,and it also provides a reference for the selection of similar large section roadway driving support schemes.
