金属载体结构对Pt-Rh三效催化剂性能影响

摘要 三效催化剂的性能需要不断提升以应对更严格的排放标准和不断攀升的催化剂成本。紊流结构载体因其可以提高气固反应传质效率,进而提升催化剂转化效率,受到广泛关注。但是对紊流结构载体催化剂的起燃温度和空燃比窗口的研究还不充分。制备了紊流结构载体和常规结构载体负载的低成本Pt-Rh型催化剂,考察了模拟尾气气氛下其起燃温度和空燃比窗口,结果表明紊流结构催化剂对CO、THC和NO相比常规结构载体具有更低的起燃温度和更佳的空燃比性能。整车工况排放测试表明紊流结构载体催化剂的CO、THC和NO_(x)排放值更低,这得益于紊流载体催化剂更优的起燃温度和空燃比性能。 There is a continuous need to improve the three-way catalysts(TWCs)performance in order to address the stricter emission standards and soaring cost.Turbulent-flow metal substrates which can improve catalyst performance by enhancing mass transfer efficiency in the gas-solid reaction,have attracted widespread attention.However,the research on the light-off temperature and air-fuel ratio window of the turbulent-flow substrate catalyst remains insufficient.Herein,we prepare the cost-effective Pt-Rh three-way catalysts on turbulent-flow and traditional substrate,their light-off temperature and air-fuel ratio window were evaluated by using a fixed-bed flow reactor,it demonstrated that the turbulent-flow substrate has better light-off temperature and air-fuel ratio window performance for CO,THC and NO,compared to the traditional substrate.The vehicle emission test also shows that turbulent-flow substrate contributes lower emission,which relates to its better light-off temperature and air-fuel ratio performance.
