摘要
多元化治理是我国在不断的发展和实践过程中逐步形成的具体要求和制度创新.在竞技体育后备人才培养体系中实施多元化治理,可以通过多样化的治理手段实现多维化的治理目标,更好地发挥不同主体的积极作用.采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对在竞技体育后备人才培养过程中实施多元化治理的内涵、困境与应对策略进行了探讨.研究表明:在多元化治理的过程中,需要深入协调多元主体之间的利益诉求,全面完善多元主体之间的协同关系,严格规范多元资源的整合途径,逐步创新多元有效的治理方式,从根本上解决现阶段竞技体育后备人才培养多元化的现实困境.
Diversified governance is a specific requirement and institutional innovation gradually formed in the process of continuous development and practice in China.The implementation of diversified governance in the training system of competitive sports reserve talents can achieve multi-dimensional governance objectives through diversified governance means,and better play the positive role of different subjects.By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper discusses the connotation,dilemma and countermeasures of implementing diversified governance in the process of cultivating competitive sports reserve talents.The research indicates that in the process of diversified governance,it is necessary to deeply coordinate the interest demands among multiple subjects,comprehensively improve the cooperative relationship among multiple subjects,strictly regulate the integration of multiple resources,and gradually innovate multiple and effective governance methods,so as to fundamentally solve the practical dilemma of the diversification of competitive sports reserve personnel training at this stage.
