摘要
液化石油气由于热值高、无烟尘、无炭渣,操作使用方便,是一种用途广泛的化学品,越来越广泛地进入人们的生活领域。由于特殊的物化性质,其在储存和运输过程均具有安全风险,对于液化石油气的安全储运,应针对液化石油气的储运特点开展针对性的安全措施,从本质上保证液化石油气的使用安全。通过分析液化石油气储存方式和运输途径,文章指出了储运过程的着火、爆炸、静电以及中毒冻伤等都是可能造成事故的危险有害因素,针对这些因素进行针对性的防治,可以大幅度减少液化石油气储运过程存在的危险系数。
Because of its high calorific value,no smoke,no carbon residue and convenient operation,liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)is a versatile chemical that is increasingly making its way into the realm of people’s lives.Due to its special physicochemical properties,there are safety risks in its storage and transportation process.For the safe storage and transportation of LPG,targeted safety measures should be taken according to the storage and transportation characteristics of LPG so as to ensure the safe use of LPG in essence.By analyzing the storage mode and transportation way of LPG,it is pointed out that fire,explosion,static electricity,poisoning and frostbite in the storage and transportation process are all dangerous and harmful factors that may cause accidents.Targeted prevention and control against these factors can greatly reduce the risk factors in the storage and transportation process of LPG.
