摘要
在老旧小区改造工程中,在屋面上增加斜屋面飘檐对原建筑有很好的装饰效果,亦可解决屋面雨水对外墙的污染问题,但传统的斜屋面飘檐技术存在施工工序烦琐,效率低,工期长,成本高等难题。因此需要简化其工序、缩短工期,节约成本,减少扰民,同时确保施工质量及安全。基于此,本文先介绍技术研究的项目背景,再对施工的重难点进行研究分析,之后介绍本技术的创新点及施工工艺流程,为今后类似的老旧小区屋面改造提供参考。
In the renovation project of old residence community,the addition of sloped roof eaves on the roof has a good decorative effect on the original building,and can also solve the pollution problem of roof rainwater to the external wall.However,the traditional sloped roof eaves technology has problems such as cumbersome construction process,low efficiency,long construction period and high cost.Therefore,it is necessary to simplify the process,shorten the construction period,save costs,reduce disturbances,and ensure construction quality and safety.Based on this condition,this paper first introduces the project background of technical research,then studies and analyzes the major and difficult points of construction,and subsequently introduces the innovation points and construction process of this technology,so as to provide reference for similar roof renovation of old residence community in the future.
