摘要
目的 在妊娠期糖尿病患者护理过程中应用“三位一体”护理模式,观察实际效果。方法 将2022年1-6月间在罗源县医院就医的56例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究组,实施“三位一体”护理模式,另取2021年7-12月间在罗源县医院就医的50例妊娠糖尿病患者作为对照组,实施常规护理,对比两组患者空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose, FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial blood glucose, 2 hPG)与糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin, HbA1c)水平、自我护理能力测定量表(Exercise of Self-care Agency, ESCA)评分以及围产期并发症发生率。结果 干预后,两组FPG、2 hPG以及HbA1c相较于干预前显著下降,但研究组各项指标水平要低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组ESCA评分相较于干预前明显提高,但研究组评分要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组围产期并发症发生率(5.36%)较对照组(18.00%)更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在妊娠期糖尿病患者护理过程中融入“三位一体”护理模式能够发挥辅助治疗作用,有利于稳定患者血糖水平,且能够提高患者自护能力,有利于减少围产期并发症。
Objective To apply the"Trinity"nursing model in the nursing care of gestational diabetes mellitus pa-tients and observe the actual effect.Methods 56 patients of gestational diabetes mellitus patients in Luoyuan County Hospital between January and June 2022 were taken as the study group,and the"Trinity"nursing model was imple-mented.In addition,50 patients of gestational diabetes mellitus patients in Luoyuan County Hospital between July and December 2021 were taken as the control group,and conventional care was implemented.FPGfasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated Hemoglobin Type A1c(HbA1c)levels,Exercise of Self-care Agency(ESCA)scores,and perinatal complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results Af-ter the intervention,FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c decreased significantly in both groups compared with the pre-intervention period,but the levels of each index in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ESCA scores were significantly higher in both groups compared with the pre-intervention period,but the study group were higher than the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The incidence of perinatal complications in the study group(5.36%)was lower than that in the control group(18.00%),and the difference was all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of the"Trinity"nursing model in the care of gestational diabetes mellitus patients can play an auxiliary therapeutic role,which is conducive to stabilizing the patient's blood glucose level and improving the patient's self-care ability,which is conducive to reducing perinatal complications.
