叉头框蛋白C1在妇科恶性肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 叉头框蛋白C1(FOXC1)作为一种转录因子,广泛存在于人类多个器官与组织中,参与多个器官的发育过程。近年来,研究发现FOXC1在多种恶性肿瘤中的表达异常升高,受多种途径调控并参与妇科恶性肿瘤的增殖、迁移、血管生成、耐药等生物学行为,在肿瘤的发生发展中起着重要作用。本文探讨了FOXC1的结构、功能及其对妇科恶性肿瘤发生发展的影响,以期为妇科恶性肿瘤的发生、发展、治疗及预后提供新思路。 Forkhead box protein C1(FOXC1),as a transcription factor,is widely found in multiple organs and tissues in human and is involved in the development of multiple organs.In recent years,studies have found that the expression of FOXC1 is abnormally elevated in a variety of malignant tumors,regulated by multiple pathways,and participates in the biological behaviors of gynecological malignant tumors such as proliferation,migration,angiogenesis,and drug resistance,which have an important effect in the occurrence and development of tumors.In this paper,the structure,function of FOXC1 and its influence on the occurrence and development of gynecological malignant tumors were discussed,in order to provides new ideas for the occurrence,development,treatment,and prognosis of gynecological malignant tumors.
