摘要
中医药治疗阳痿、早泄及男性不育症历史悠久,并在临床中取得满意效果。各位医家也对治疗上述疾病的中药进行系统整理,使得以借鉴。中药在中医理论指导下治疗阳痿、早泄及男性不育症具备优势,发现少数中药因其药性特点需慎用于上述疾病不同证型中,如同西药的不良反应或禁忌证,中药典籍也通过简误的形式记载用药注意事项。本文通过整理慎用中药,以避免违反中药药性之宜,出现偏重之害。
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history of treating impotence,premature ejaculation and male infertility,and has achieved satisfactory results in clinic.The doctors also systematically sorted the TCM for the treatment of the above diseases,so as to use for reference.Chinese medicine has been shown to have advantages in the treatment of impotence,premature ejaculation and male infertility under the guidance of TCM theory,but it has been found that a few Chinese medicines need to be used with caution in different syndrome types of the above⁃mentioned diseases due to their medicinal characteristics,just like the adverse reactions or contraindications of western medicines.The canonical texts of Chinese herbal medicine also record precautions against their use in the form of simple errors.In this paper,we collate the prudent use of Chinese medicines to avoid the violation of the appropriateness of their medicinal properties and the harm of bias.
