摘要
归纳了近年来张力控制研究的关键问题,重点从收卷张力的研究、出现张力波动的原因、张力模型的建立等3个方面进行阐述,并介绍了影响因素及改善方法。并在此基础之上,对玻纤收卷张力的下一步研究方向提出了建议。该类织物在收卷过程中的张力控制尤为重要,并且因其强度高、不易腐蚀,而且耐磨性、耐高温,绝缘性较好,而得到广泛应用。
The key problems of tension control research in recent years are summarized,focusing on the research of winding tension,the cause of tension fluctuation and the establishment of tension model,and introducing the influencing factors and improving methods.On this basis,some suggestions are put forward for the next research direction of glass fiber winding-up tension.The tension control of this kind of fabric in the winding process is particularly important.Glass fiber fabric is widely used because of its high strength,corrosion resistance,wear resistance,high temperature resistance and good insulation.
