摘要
某330 kV变电站发现35 kV 1号电容器串联电抗器A相在运行时有明显异响,为准确判断35 kV 1号电容器串联电抗器A相运行状态,对35 kV 1号电容器串联电抗器进行红外测温、局部放电、声学成像等带电试验,未发现外部有绝缘或过热现象。停电后进行电感量、直流电阻及匝间过电压试验,结合声学成像结果综合判断该异响为玻璃钢支柱内产生。解体后发现支柱接地引下线与支柱壁接触,运行时设备带动引下线振动产生异响。通过综合带电检测和停电试验方法,可对异常诊断提供数据支撑。
An abnormal noise was detected in phase A of the 35 kV No.1 capacitor bank′s series-connected reactor at a 330 kV substation.Various live tests are conducted to accurately determine the operational status of Phase A of this 35 kV No.1 capacitor bank′s series-connected reactor,including infrared temperature measurements,partial discharge,assessments,acoustic imaging,related to insulation or overheating were detected.After disconnecting the power,tests on inductance,DC resistance,and interturn overvoltage were conducted.The comprehensive analysis,in conjunction with the results of acoustic imaging,determines that the abnormal noise originated from within the glass-fiber-reinforced plastic pillar.After disassembly,it was discovered that the pillar′s grounding lead wire was found to be in contact with the wall of the pillar,causing vibration and abnormal noise during operation.This study provides valuable data support for anomaly diagnosis by integrating the live detection and insulation test.
