随着社会竞争的加剧,食品质量安全问题随之浮现,各种直接或间接因素导致食品安全问题加剧,为人们的身体健康埋下安全隐患。因此,加强食品质量安全检验至关重要。本文就此展开论述,探讨现阶段食品质量安全检验存在的问题,并提出相应对策,旨在提高食品质量安全检验水平,确保食品的质量与安全,希望能为同行提供参考。
With the intensification of social competition,food quality and safety issues have emerged,and various direct or indirect factors have exacerbated food safety issues,laying safety hazards for people’s physical health.Therefore,strengthening food quality and safety inspections is crucial.This article discusses the current problems in food quality and safety inspection,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,aiming to improve the level of food quality and safety inspection,ensure the quality and safety of food,and hope to provide reference for peers.
