基于无人机倾斜摄影测量的房地一体调查及精度分析 被引量:3

摘要 伴随我国地籍调查项目的持续推进,周期性开展房地一体化测量工作逐步成为不动产测绘至关重要的内容,为解决传统测量方法及手段消耗人力大、测量周期长等系列问题,本文提出了应用无人机倾斜摄影测量技术开展房地一体化测量的方法。首先,结合差分动态后处理(Post Processed Kinematic,PPK)技术优化无人机数据处理流程,降低对野外控制点布设数量的需求;其次,将航测数据导入Context Capture软件中,构建符合精度要求的地表三维模型;最后,借助EPS三维测图软件,完成房屋、建筑物矢量采集,并对其精度进行了评定与分析。经实验验证,本文无人机倾斜摄影测量房地一体化调查方法可行性高、现势性强、资源成本消耗低,在配合少量的地面控制点布设方案后,即可达到1∶500比例尺地籍图生产精度要求,符合地籍测量标准,将在地籍图和宗地图生产中发挥重要参考价值。 With the continuous advancement of China's cadastral survey project,the periodic integrated measurement of real estate has gradually become a very important content of real estate surveying and mapping.In order to solve a series of problems such as large labor consumption and long measurement cycle of traditional measurement methods and means,this paper puts forward the method of integrated measurement of real estate by using unmanned aerial tilt photogrammetry technology.Firstly,combined with the post processed kinematic(PPK)technology,the UAV data processing process is optimized to reduce the demand for the number of field control points;Then,the aerial survey data is imported into context capture software to build a three-dimensional surface model that meets the accuracy requirements;Finally,with the help of EPS 3D mapping software,the vector acquisition of houses and buildings is completed,and its accuracy is evaluated and analyzed.The experimental results show that the integrated survey method of UAV tilt photogrammetry has high feasibility,strong current situation and low resource cost.After cooperating with a small number of ground control points,it can meet the production accuracy requirements of 1:500 scale topographic map,meet the cadastral measurement standard,and will play an important reference value in the production of cadastral map and parcel map.
