摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加姜黄提取物与石榴皮提取物的复合物(以下简称复合提取物)对文昌鸡生长性能、血清免疫指标和盲肠微生物的影响。选取57日龄文昌鸡1260只,随机分为7组,每组5个重复,每个重复36只。对照组饲喂不含复合提取物的基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加100、200、400、800、1600和3200 g/t复合提取物的试验饲粮,试验期为35 d。结果显示:1)与对照组相比,添加200、400 g/t复合提取物显著提高终末体重和平均日增重(P<0.05);添加400 g/t复合提取物显著提高平均日采食量(P<0.05);添加200 g/t复合提取物显著降低料重比(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,添加3200 g/t复合提取物显著提高血清中γ-干扰素含量(P<0.05),同时显著降低血清中白细胞介素-1β含量(P<0.05);添加100~3200 g/t复合提取物均显著降低血清中免疫球蛋白G、白细胞介素-6、脂多糖含量(P<0.05)。3)添加3200 g/t复合提取物组的Shannon指数与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05),但显著低于添加100 g/t复合提取物组(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,添加100 g/t复合提取物组的乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)相对丰度显著升高(P<0.05),添加400、3200 g/t复合提取物组的颤螺旋菌属(Oscillospira)相对丰度显著降低(P<0.05)。与添加100 g/t复合提取物组相比,添加400 g/t复合提取物组的优杆菌属(Eubacterium)相对丰度显著升高(P<0.05)。5)文昌鸡盲肠微生物中Asteroleplasma、优杆菌属、欧陆森氏菌属(Olsenella)的相对丰度与平均日增重呈显著正相关(P<0.05),瘤胃球菌科梭菌属(Ruminococcaceae_Clostridium)、Papillibacter、Desulfosporosinus、颤螺旋菌属、罗氏菌属(Roseburia)、毛螺菌科梭菌属(Lachnospiraceae_Clostridium)的相对丰度与复合提取物添加量呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加400 g/t复合提取物能增强文昌鸡的平均日采食量,增强机体免疫能力,有效提高生长性能;此外,复合提取物添加量过高会降低文昌鸡盲肠微生物的丰富度。
The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of the supplementation of compound of Curcuma longa extract and Pomegranate peel extract(hereinafter referred to as compound extract)on the growth performance,serum immune indexes and cecal microbiota of Wenchang broilers.One thousand two hundred and sixty 57-day-old Wenchang broilers were randomly divided into 7 groups with 5 replicates of 36 birds each.Broilers in control group were fed a basal diet without compound extract,and those in experimental groups were fed experimental diets supplemented with 100,200,400,800,1600 and 3200 g/t compound extract based on the basal diet,respectively.The experiment period lasted for 35 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the supplementation of the compound extract at 200 and 400 g/t significantly increased the final body weight and average daily gain(P<0.05),that at 400 g/t significantly increased the average daily feed intake(P<0.05),and that at 200 g/t significantly decreased the feed/gain of Wenchang broilers(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the supplementation of the compound extract at 3200 g/t significantly increased the content of serum γ-interferon(IFN-γ)(P<0.05),but significantly decreased the content of serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β)(P<0.05);and that at from 100 to 3200 g/t significantly decreased the contents of serum immunoglobulin G(IgG),interleukin-6(IL-6)and lipopolysaccharide(LPS)(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the Shannon index between the group supplemented with 3200 g/t compound extract(P>0.05),but the Shannon index of the group supplemented with 3200 g/t compound extract was significantly reduced compared with the group supplemented with 100 g/t compound extract(P<0.05).4)Compared with the control group,the relative abundance of Lactobacillus in the group supplemented with 100 g/t compound extract was significantly increased(P<0.05),but the relative abundance of Oscillospira in the groups supplemented with 400 and 3200 g/t was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the group supplemented with 100 g/t compound extract,the relative abundance of Eubacterium in the group supplemented with 400 g/t compound extract was significantly increased(P<0.05).5)There were significant positive correlations between the relative abundances of Asteroleplasma,Eubacterium and Olsennella in the cecal microbiota and average daily gain of Wenchang broilers(P<0.05),but the relative abundances of Ruminococcaceae_Clostridium,Papillibacter,Desulfosporosinus,Oscillospira,Roseburia and Lachnospiraceae_Clostridium was significantly negatively correlated with compound extract supplemental level(P<0.05).Thus it can be seen,adding compound extract at a level of 400 g/t can increase the average daily feed intake,enhance the body immune capacity,and effectively improve the growth performance of Wenchang broilers.In addition,the high supplemental level of compound extract may reduce the abundance of cecal microbiota of Wenchang broilers.
