摘要
为提高机箱产品的整体装配精度和生产效率,降低人工贴标的工时成本,解决装配车间的产能需求问题。规划设计一条适合机箱产品装配的自动贴标打印运输产线,该产线包含运输系统、控制系统、标签打印系统、标签剥离系统、旋转贴标系统和自动换向系统,通过合理设计各工位结构和生产节拍,对现有人工贴标、打印、周转的作业模式进行改造。改造后,实现标签打印、人工粘贴、人工周转等多个工序的合并,节省周转打印的人工成本和工时成本。通过分析对比改造前后的生产数据,人工成本减少50%,周转运输效率提升100%。该产线的成功应用,说明在目前的工业4.0智能化车间模式下,将多工位的人工作业模式转化为高度集成的自动化产线,不仅是生产模式的工艺创新与工序优化,也是一种精益改善,降本增效的有效手段。
In order to improve the overall assembly accuracy and production efficiency of chassis products,reduce the man-hour cost of manual labeling,and solve the problem of production capacity demand in the assembly workshop.Plan and design an automatic labeling printing transportation production line suitable for chassis product assembly,which includes transportation system,control system,label printing system,label stripping system,rotary labeling system and automatic commutation system.Through the reasonable design of each station structure and production beat,the existing manual labeling,printing and turnover operation mode is modified.After the transformation,the combination of many processes such as label printing,manual pasting and manual turnover is realized,and the labor cost and man-hour cost of turnover printing are saved.Through the analysis and comparison of the production data before and after the transformation,the labor cost is reduced by 50%,and the turnover transportation efficiency is increased by 100%.The successful application of this production line shows that under the current industrial 4.0 intelligent workshop mode,transforming the multi-station manual operation mode into a highly integrated automatic production line is not only the process innovation and process optimization of the production mode,but also a kind of lean improvement,an effective means to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
