摘要
为提升我国高校图书馆的科研数据管理服务水平,亟须对其运作流程进行系统性审视。本文基于数据生命周期理论、利益相关者理论,使用系统动力学方法构建高校图书馆科研数据管理服务的系统动力学模型,收集相关领域文献中的关键词共现信息,确定关键系统变量,基于词频法确定各影响因子的权重系数,设计系统动力学方程并完成仿真模拟实验。通过调节产生直接影响和间接影响的可控系统变量,发现科研数据管理服务水平对数据开放利用效率最为敏感,增加科研数据管理服务种类、提升开放存取水平等改进策略的效果最为明显。
To improve the research data management services of university libraries in China,there is an urgentneed for a systematic review of their operational processes.With reference to data life cycle theory and stakeholder theory,we use the system dynamics method to construct a system dynamics model of research data manage me it services in university libraries,collect keyword co-occurrence information in related fields of literature,identify key system variables,determine the weight coefficients of cach influencing factor based on the wordfrequency method,design the system dynamics equations and complete simulation experiments.By adjusting thecontrollable system variables that produce direct and indirect effects,it is found that the level of research datamanagement services is the most sensitive to the efficiency of data open access,and improvement strategies suchas increasing the types of research data management services and improving the level of open access are themost effective.
