摘要
目的:研究产后逐淤胶囊联合低频脉对人流术后子宫复旧不全的应用效果。方法:以2021年7月至2022年4月我院收治的96例人流术后子宫复旧不全患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例。两组均进行常规西药治疗,对照组在常规西药基础上给予低频脉治疗,观察组在常规西药基础上给予产后逐淤胶囊联合低频脉治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床指标,治疗前后血液流变学指标、血清一氧化氮(Serum nitric oxide,NO)、白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)、一氧化氮合酶(Nitric oxide synthase,NOS)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平及近期并发症发生情况。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组平均流血量较对照组少,腹痛时间、月经复潮时间、阴道流血时间较对照组短(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血液流变学指标较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清NO、IL-8、NOS、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:产后逐淤胶囊联合低频脉治疗人流术后子宫复旧不全患者疗效可靠,可有效缓解临床症状,改善血流高凝状态,调节NOS、NO等血清因子水平,降低近期并发症风险,促进患者病情好转。
Objective:To study the application effect of postpartum Zhuyu capsule combined with low-frequency pulse on uterine involution after induced abortion.Methods:From July 2021 to April 2022,96 cases of uterine involution after induced abortion in our hospital were taken as the research object,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine western medicine.The control group was given low-frequency pulse therapy on the basis of routine western medicine,and the observation group was given postpartum Zhuyu capsule combined with low-frequency pulse therapy on the basis of routine western medicine.The clinical efficacy,clinical indexes,hemorheological indexes,levels of serum nitric oxide(NO),interleukin-8(IL-8),Nitric oxide synthase(NOS)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The average blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the time of abdominal pain,menstrual regain and vaginal bleeding was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of hemorheology in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of NO,IL-8,NOS and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postpartum Zhuyu Capsule combined with low-frequency pulse is effective in treating patients with uterine involution after induced abortion,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve hypercoagulability,regulate the levels of serum factors such as NOS and NO,reduce the risk of recent complications and promote the improvement of patients'condition.
