摘要
该文以河北某垃圾焚烧处理中心210 m3/d的垃圾渗滤液为案例,介绍“格栅+预沉池+调节池+UASB+厌氧沉淀池+MBR(两级A/O+外置式UF)+NF+RO”组合工艺中的工艺流程、主要设计参数、实际运行效果及运营成本等指标。工程运行结果表明,采用该组合工艺处理垃圾渗滤液,出水各项污染指标均能稳定达到GB/T 19923—2005《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质标准》中的敞开式循环冷却水系统补充水用水水质标准。垃圾渗滤液经处理至回用标准,其吨水处理成本为40.69元。
Taking the landfill leachate from 210 m3/d of a municipal solid waste incineration center in Hebei Province as an example,this paper introduces the technological process,main design parameters,actual operation effect and operation cost of the combined process of"grille+pre-sedimentation tank+regulation tank+UASB+anaerobic sedimentation tank+MBR(two-stage A/O+external UF)+NF+RO".The project operation results show that the effluent pollution index can reach the water quality standard of the open circulating cooling water system supplementary water in GB/T 19923-2005"Municipal Sewage Recycling-Industrial Water Quality Standard"by using the combined process to treat the landfill leachate.The treatment cost of landfill leachate after treatment to reuse standard is 40.69 yuan per ton of water.
