多学科协作管理在重症医学科多重耐药菌医院感染防控中的效果探讨 被引量:10

摘要 目的 观察多学科协作管理在重症医学科多重耐药菌(multidrug-resistant organisms,MDROS)医院感染防控中的效果。方法 选取2022年1—12月莆田学院附属医院重症医学科收治的1 283例患者,在多学科协作管理下MDROS医院感染情况作为研究组,并选取2020年1—12月莆田学院附属医院重症医学科收治的在科室常规管理下的1 283例患者MDROS医院感染情况作为对照组。比较两组对于MDROS防控措施落实率,明确患者MDROS感染发生率。结果 研究组医护人员、保洁人员、护工、医技检查人员等对手卫生执行率、实际执行手卫生时机数、正确执行床单元终末消毒率、实际及时开具接触隔离医嘱率、接触隔离标识落实率、穿隔离衣执行率等均较好,患者多重耐药菌感染率显著低于对照组,两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在重症医学科MDROS医院感染防控中,以多学科协作管理模式,可显著提升医护人员在手卫生执行率、实际执行手卫生时机数、正确执行床单元终末消毒率、实际及时开具接触隔离医嘱率、接触隔离标识落实率、穿隔离衣执行率等MDROS感染防控措施落实率,降低患者MDROS感染发生率,效果理想。 Objective To observe the effectiveness of multidisciplinary collaborative management in the prevention and control of multidrug-resistant bacterial hospital infections in the department of critical care medicine.Methods A total of 1283 patients admitted to the department of intensive care,Putian University Affiliated Hospital from January to December,2022 were selected as the research group,and the hospital infection status of multidrug-resistant bacteria under multidisciplinary collaborative management was selected as the control group.1283 patients admitted to the department of intensive care,Putian University Affiliated Hospital from January to December,2020 were selected as the control group.Compare the implementation rate of prevention and control measures for multidrug-resistant bacteria between two groups,and clarify the incidence of multidrug-resistant bacterial infections in patients.Results The study group's medical staff,cleaning staff,caregivers,medical technicians,and other personnel had good hand hygiene execution rates,actual number of times to perform hand hygiene,correct execution of final disinfection rate of bed units,actual timely issuance of contact isolation medical orders,implementation rate of contact isolation labels,and execution rate of wearing isolation clothes.The infection rate of multidrug-resistant bacteria in patients was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant,It has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the prevention and control of multidrug-resistant bacterial infections in the intensive care department,a multidisciplinary collaborative management model can significantly improve the implementation rate of multidrug-resistant bacterial infection prevention and control measures for medical staff,such as the implementation rate of hand hygiene,the actual number of times to perform hand hygiene,the correct implementation rate of terminal disinfection of bed units,the actual timely issuance of contact isolation medical orders,the implementation rate of contact isolation labels,and the implementation rate of wearing isolation clothes,The effect is ideal in reducing the incidence of multidrug-resistant bacterial infections in patients.
