摘要
目的探讨放射性碘125粒子植入治疗肺癌致上腔静脉综合征(SVCS)的临床效果。方法回顾性选取该院2017-2021年收治的肺癌致SVCS患者42例,分为观察组和对照组各21例。2组患者均行常规肺癌治疗,观察组患者在此基础上再施加放射性碘125粒子植入治疗。对比2组患者治疗3个月后肿瘤平均直径、上腔静脉狭窄程度及临床症状评分。结果治疗3个月后,观察组患者肿瘤平均直径、上腔静脉狭窄程度[(24.6±10.6)mm、(21.6±24.1)%]小于对照组[(49.2±17.3)mm、(59.6±22.6)%],临床症状评分[(1.29±1.15)分]低于对照组[(2.33±0.86)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症总发生率为33.33%。结论放射性碘125粒子植入治疗肺癌致SVCS,能有效缩小肿瘤体积,缓解上腔静脉狭窄,减轻相关临床症状,疗效确切。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of radioactive iodine 125 seed implantation in the treatment of superior vena cava syndrome(SVCS)caused by lung cancer.Methods A total of 42 patients with SVCS caused by lung cancer in the hospital from 2017 to 2021 were selected retrospectively and divided into the observation groupand the controlgroup with 21 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with conventional lung cancer therapy,while patients in the observation group were treated withradioactive iodine 125 seed implantation therapy.The average diameter of tumor,the stenosis degree of superior vena cava and the clinical symptom score were compared between the two groups after three months of treatment.Results After three months of treatment,the average diameter of tumor and the stenosis degree of superior vena cava[(24.6±10.6)mm and(21.6±24.1)%]in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group[(49.2±17.3)mm and(59.6±22.6)%],and the clinical symptom score[(1.29±1.15)score]was lower than that of the control group[(2.33±0.86)score],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 33.3%.Conclusion Radioactive iodine 125 seed implantation in the treatment of SVCS caused by lung cancer can effectively reduce tumor volume,alleviate the stenosis of superior vena cava,and alleviaterelated clinical symptoms,with definitive efficacy.
