摘要
目的分析基于微信平台的健康教育模式对儿童预防接种的及时性及家属知识掌握程度的影响。方法本研究以本中心预防接种科于2021年1月至2022年12月进行预防接种的儿童作为研究对象,共299例。以随机数字表法将纳入儿童分为对照组和研究组,其中对照组共149例、研究组共150例。对照组实施常规预防接种教育,研究组则以微信平台为支持实施健康教育。比较两组儿童预防接种及时性、家属知识掌握程度、家属预防接种行为以及家属对预防接种相关工作的满意度。结果研究组儿童的预防接种及时率95.33%高于对照组的87.25%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组儿童家属各项知识掌握率高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组儿童家属预防接种行为中及时预约进行接种预约、关注传染病流行状况、主动带儿童接种、检查儿童接种完成情况、主动阅读预防接种健康知识占比高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组家属对预防接种中的接种流程、健康教育、操作技术满意度评分均高于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的健康教育模式可提升儿童预防接种及时和家属知识掌握水平,改善家属预防接种行为,提高家属对预防接种相关工作满意程度。
Objective To analyze the impact of a health education model based on WeChat platform on the timeliness of children's vaccination and the mastery of family knowledge.Methods This study selected 299 children who received vaccination from the vaccination department of our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 as the research subjects.The included children were divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with a total of 149 cases in the control group and 150 cases in the study group.The control group received routine vaccination education,while the research group received health education supported by WeChat platform.Compare and analyze the timeliness of vaccination for two groups of children,the level of knowledge mastery of family members,their vaccination behavior,and their satisfaction with vaccination related work.Results The timely vaccination rate of 95.33%in the study group was higher than that of 87.25%in the control group,which was significant(P<0.05).The mastery rate of various knowledge among children's family members in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the comparison was significant(P<0.05).The proportion of children's family members in the study group who made timely appointments for vaccination,paid attention to the epidemic situation of infectious diseases,took the initiative to take children for vaccination,checked the completion of vaccination,and actively read health knowledge about vaccination was higher than that of the control group,and the comparison was significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the study group's family members on the vaccination process,health education,and operational techniques during the vaccination were higher than those of the control group,and the comparison was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The health education model based on WeChat platform can improve children's timely vaccination and family members'knowledge mastery,improve family members'vaccination behavior,and increase their satisfaction with vaccination related work.
