摘要
慕课兴起十年来,我国采用高校主体、政府支持、社会参与的方式不断探索创新,开展了大量的在线开放课程实践,形成了独具特色的中国范式。中国慕课范式已成为推动中国高等教育改革、发展和质量提升的重要引擎。从政策支持、课程规模、学习对象、应用现状、规范管理、技术融合等角度,追溯慕课由汇入、推动到融入我国在线开放课程发展三个阶段的历史轨迹;概述我国在线开放课程高质量发展道路上体现出的立足自主建设、注重共享应用、发挥育人功能、打造金专金课、开展合作共融的范式特征;预判我国在线开放课程未来可持续发展的价值实现路径。
In the past ten years since the rise of MOOCs,China has continuously explored and innovated by means of university subjects,government support and social participation,carried out a large number of online open course practices,and formed a unique Chinese paradigm.The MOOC paradigm in China has become an important engine to promote the reform,development and quality improvement of higher education in China.From the perspectives of policy support,curriculum scale,learning objects,status quos of application,standardized management and technology integration,this paper traces the historical trajectory of MOOCs from the three stages of import,promotion and integration into the development of online open courses in China.This paper summarizes the paradigm characteristics of the high-quality development of online open courses in China,which are based on self-construction,focusing on shared applications,giving full play to the function of educating people,creating golden courses,and carrying out cooperation and integration.As a result,it can predict the paths of realizing their value in China for sustainable development of online open courses in the future.
