摘要
目的探索531夜查房制度在护士长总值班中的应用效果,为进一步提高医院夜间护理质量管理提供借鉴与参考。方法成立531夜查房制度管理小组,制订531夜查房制度,设计531查房记录单,以吕梁市人民医院制定《临床护理实践指引》为评分参考。在推行前与推行12个月后分别调取全院夜间护理不良事件发生情况,并让护士长填写患者安全胜任力自评量表来评价531夜查房制度在护士长总值班中的应用效果。结果531夜查房制度在护士长总值班中应用可降低夜间不良事件的发生率,同时提升了护士长的患者安全胜任力。531夜查房制度在护士长总值班中实施后,2022年度夜间科室不良事件发生率较2021年度降低,2022年度Ⅲ级事件发生率(未造成后果事件)较2021年度明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后护士长患者安全胜任力自评量表中知识因素、系统因素、态度因素评分及总分较实施前高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在护士长总值班中实施531夜查房制度,规范了吕梁市人民医院各科室夜间护理的各项工作,提高了夜间护理督导质量,同时规范的查房流程制度也帮助提高了护士长的患者安全胜任力。
Objective To explore the application effect of 531 night ward round system in the general duty of head nurses,and to provide reference for further improving the quality management of night nursing in hospitals.Methods Using the book“Clinical Nursing Practice Guidelines”developed by our hospital as the standard of room inspection,the 531 room inspection record sheet of the chief nurse on general duty was designed and incorporated into the content of the chief nurse on general duty supervision.Before and after 12 months of implementation,the hospital-wide nighttime nursing adverse events were retrieved and the nurse leaders were asked to fill out a patient safety competency self-assessment scale to evaluate the effectiveness of the developed 531 night check-in system in the chief nurse's general duty.Results After the implementation of the 531 night ward round system in the head nurse's general duty,the number of adverse events in the night departments in 2022 was lower than that in 2021,and the number of gradeⅢevents in 2022(without consequences)was significantly lower than that in 2021(P<0.05).After the implementation,the total score of the head nurse patient safety competency self-rating scale was higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By implementing the 531 night check-in system in the chief nursing officer's general duty,it standardized the various tasks of night nursing in our hospital departments and improved the quality of night nursing supervision,while the standardized check-in process system also helped improve the chief nursing officer's patient safety competency.
