站内埋地管道腐蚀缺陷成因及防护方案分析 被引量:1

摘要 伴随油气管道的长期服役,腐蚀缺陷愈发成为威胁管道安全运行的敏感问题,掌握其成因机理并制定有效防护方案十分必要。针对站内成品油埋地管道的外腐蚀缺陷问题,本文结合华中地区3个输油站场的埋地管道外腐蚀情况,划分腐蚀类型并统计分析各类的发育特征,从站内管道外部环境特征及工程设计与质量两个方面进行腐蚀成因机理的分析,并基于此提出对应的防护方案。分析认为:华中地区站内埋地管道外腐蚀缺陷可根据表观特征分为单点型、集群型和条型,衡阳站的土壤腐蚀性最强,汨罗与武汉站次之。土壤腐蚀性是单点型和集群型腐蚀形成的主控因素,条型腐蚀多是由于施工机械损伤导致。当站内场地宽松且土壤腐蚀性较强时,地面显性化改造是长期且有效的防护方案,若站内场地有限则应该提升防腐等级,增设阴极保护,并布设光纤光栅阵列系统进行实时监测。分析可为站内埋地管道外腐蚀缺陷提供系统的解决方案。 With the long-term service of oil and gas pipelines,corrosion defects have increasingly become a sensitive issue that threatens the safe operation of pipelines,so it is necessary to grasp its genetic mechanism and formulate effective protection schemes.In view of the external corrosion defect of the product oil buried pipeline in the station,combined with the external corrosion of the buried pipeline in three oil stations in central China,this paper divides the corrosion types and statistically analyzes the development characteristics of all kinds.The corrosion cause mechanism is analyzed from two aspects:the external environmental characteristics of the pipeline in the station and the engineering design and quality,and the corresponding protection scheme is put forward.The analysis shows that according to the apparent characteristics,the external corrosion defects of buried pipelines in central China can be divided into single point type,cluster type and strip type.The soil corrosivity of Hengyang station is the strongest,followed by Miluo and Wuhan stations.Soil corrosivity is the main controlling factor for the formation of single point and cluster corrosion,and strip corrosion is mostly caused by the damage of construction machinery.When the site in the station is loose and the soil is corrosive,the surface explicit transformation is a long-term and effective protection scheme.If the site in the station is limited,the level of anti-corrosion should be improved,cathodic protection should be added,andfiber Bragg grating array system should be installed for real-time monitoring.The analysis can provide a systematic solution for the external corrosion defects of buried pipelines in the station..
