摘要
建设专属企业园区,已成为很多中大型企业的趋势。以vivo总部为后评估实例,参考相关理论和标准,结合企业园区特性,对后评估方法流程和评估模板进行适应性调整,为同类型项目和后评估研究积累经验。将后评估嵌入循证设计研究中,构成“设计—研究—设计”的循证设计闭环,提出企业园区布局的一种基本模式,体现出研究对整个行业的长期价值。
Building an exclusive corporate campus has become a trend for many medium and large enterprises.Taking the vivo headquarter as an example,the post-occupancy evaluation methodology process and assessment templates are adapted to the characteristics of the corporate park with reference to the Standard for post-occupancy evaluation of public buildings,in order to gain experience for similar projects and the use of post-occupancy evaluation studies.Further,the post-occupancy evaluation is used as an important part of the evidence-based design study,forming a closed loop of"design-research-design"and proposing a basic layout model for corporate park,reflecting the value of the study for the whole industry.
