摘要
目的 探讨急性小动脉闭塞型脑梗死(风痰瘀阻证)早期应用活血化痰通络方治疗的临床效果。方法 抽取2021年1月-2022年6月本院接诊的急性小动脉闭塞型脑梗死(风痰瘀阻证)患者74例,依据数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各37例,对照组接受常规西医治疗,观察组接受西医+活血化痰通络方治疗,就两组患者神经功能状况、中医证候积分及血脂状况进行组间比较。结果 观察组患者治疗后2周、3个月NIHSS、m RS评分均低于对照组,且治疗2周后中医证候积分、TG、TC及LDL-C指标均低于对照组,HDL-C指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对急性小动脉闭塞型脑梗死(风痰瘀阻证)早期应用活血化痰通络方具有积极意义,能有效改善神经功能,调节血脂代谢,减少中医症状。
Objective To explore clinical effect of early application of promoting blood circulation,resolving phlegm,and unblocking collaterals formula in treatment of acute arteriole occlusion cerebral infarction(wind phlegm stasis syndrome).Methods The paper chose 74 patients with acute arteriole occlusion cerebral infarction(wind phlegm stasis syndrome)in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022,and divided them into control group and observation group according to number table method,with 37 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment,while observation group with western medicine+promoting blood circulation,resolving phlegm,and unblocking collaterals formula.Neurological function,TCM syndrome scores,and blood lipid status between two groups were compared between the groups.Results NIHSS and mRS scores of observation group were lower than control group at 2 weeks and 3 months after treatment,TCM syndrome scores,TG,TC,and LDL-C indicators were lower than control group after 2 weeks of treatment.HDL-C indicators were higher than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early application of promoting blood circulation,resolving phlegm,and unblocking collaterals formula can achieve positive significance for acute arteriole occlusive cerebral infarction(wind phlegm stasis syndrome),can improve neurological function,regulate blood lipid metabolism,and reduce TCM symptoms of patients effectively.
