摘要
目的为保障牙齿美观和健康,分析口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位效果。方法选择2020年1月—2021年1月山东省高唐县人民医院收治的牙周病致前牙移位患者76例纳入本次研究对象,随机分为参照组和观察组,每组38例。参照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予口腔正畸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组牙周袋深度、前牙覆盖以及牙周出血指数低于参照组;生活质量各项评分高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率为92.11%,高于参照组的73.68%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.547,P<0.05)。结论通过对牙周病致前牙移位患者实行口腔正畸治疗,不但可以改善患者的牙周水平,同时对于改善其咀嚼功能、牙齿美观度都是非常有利的,能够保证牙齿健康。牙齿正畸治疗能够内收患者位移牙齿,可以改善前牙咬合功能,进而逐渐形成正常的牙齿覆盖、被覆盖关系,而新生附着的产生会提高槽骨高度和密度,由于骨改建速度相对缓慢,所以在施加正畸力时需要合理控制力度。与常规基础治疗比较,该治疗方式操作便捷、治疗效果明显,不会对患者牙齿造成严重损伤。
Objective To analyze the effect of orthodontic treatment on anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease,to ensure dental beauty and health.Methods A total of 76 patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease in Gaotang County People's Hospital,from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into reference group and observation group,with 38 patients in each group.The reference group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given orthodontic treatment,and the treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The periodontal pocket depth,anterior tooth coverage and periodontal bleeding index in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group;the quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 92.11%,which was higher than 73.68%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.547,P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontic treatment for patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease could not only improve the periodontal level of the patient,but also be very beneficial to improving their masticatory function and tooth aesthetics,and could ensure dental health.Orthodontic treatment could adduct the patient's teeth,improve the occlusal function of the anterior teeth,and gradually form a normal tooth covering and being-covered relationship,while the generation of new attachments would increase the height and density of the groove bone,because the bone remodeling speed was relatively slow,so when applying orthodontic force,it was necessary to control the strength reasonably.Compared with conventional basic treatment,this treatment method was convenient to operate,had obvious treatment effect,and would not cause serious damage to the patient's teeth.
