摘要
高校创新创业人才培养对服务国家创新驱动发展、促进毕业生高质量就业创业具有重要意义。本文从理论和实践两方面出发,分析“赛育协同”对高校创新创业人才培养的价值意蕴,并以北京航空航天大学为例,探讨以赛促教、以赛促创、以赛促就业的创新创业人才培养模式,通过北京航空航天大学将“赛育协同”融入卓越工程师培养、学生科创团队建设、学生创业就业发展三个实践案例阐释高校创新创业人才培养的实现路径。
The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities is of great significance to serving the country's innovation-driven development and promoting high-quality employment and entrepreneurship of graduates.Starting from both theory and practice,this paper analyzes the value meaning of"competition education collaboration"to the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities,and takes Beihang University as an example to discuss the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents through competition to promote teaching,competition to promote innovation and competition to promote employment.Through three practical cases of Beihang University,this paper explains the realization path of college innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation.
