基于PLC的全自动三维平板织机控制系统研制 被引量:1

Development of Fully Automatic Three-dimensional Flat Loom Control System Based on PLC and Touch Screen

摘要 针对目前国内纺织行业快速发展,与国防军工等众多行业融合却缺少成型的生产设备问题,研制一种基于PLC的全自动三维平板织机。通过对现有织机的分析学习,对全自动三维平板织机进行总体方案设计,确定其工作流程,重点解决织机无法满足较多种织物的设计需求、无法实现高效自动化生产、后期维护困难等问题。在控制系统硬件方面,确定气动控制的方案、电气控制的设计与选型、PLC和HMI传感器型号的选取、控制柜的设计;在软件方面,在MagicWorks PLC V2.22中进行主控制器的逻辑编程,使用EasyBuilder Pro进行HMI设计,实现人机交互。结果表明:整台设备能够实现角联锁织物及其他类似织物织造工艺的全自动,织物废弃率为5%~10%,效率可达到150 mm/h,满足生产要求。 In view of the rapid development of the domestic textile industry,the integration with many industries such as national defense industry but the lack of forming production equipment,a fully automatic three-dimensional flat loom based on PLC is developed.Through the analysis and learning of the existing loom,the overall scheme design of the automatic three-dimensional flat loom is carried out,and its workflow is determined,focusing on solving the problems of the loom can not meet the design needs of a variety of fabrics,the inability to achieve efficient automated production,and the difficulty of maintenance in the later stage.In terms of control system hardware,the scheme of pneumatic control,the design and selection of electrical control,the selection of PLC and HMI sensor models,and the design of control cabinet are determined;in terms of software,MagicWorks PLC V2.22 is used to logic programming of the main controller,and HMI is designed by using EasyBuilder Pro to achieve human-computer interaction.The results show that by using the whole equipment fully,the automatic weaving process of angle interlocking fabrics and other similar fabrics can be realized,the fabric waste is less than 3%,and the efficiency can reach 150 mm/h,which meets the production requirements.
