摘要
在金属网类滤芯焊接过程中,焊接变形易造成近缝区尺寸超差,从而影响过滤器的整体装配质量。文章分析了金属网滤芯加工过程中焊接变形的机理及影响因素,提出了定位焊、工艺参数优化、设计防变形刚性夹具、预留变形量等一系列工艺措施,旨在达到控制近焊缝部位尺寸精度的目标,避免焊后二次加工对滤芯产生污染,保证整体质量。
In the welding process of metal mesh filter,the welding deformation is easy to cause the size of the nearseam area to be out of tolerance,thus affecting the overall assembly quality of the filter.This paper analyzes the mechanism and influencing factors of welding deformation in the process of metal mesh filterprocessing,and puts forward a series of process measures,such as tack welding,process parameter optimization,anti-deformation rigid fixture design,anddeformation amount reservation,in order to achieve the goal of controlling the dimension accuracy of the near weld part to avoid the pollution of the filter caused by the secondary processing after welding,and ensure the overall quality.
