耐万古霉素屎肠球菌研究热点可视化分析

Visual analysis of vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium research hotspots

摘要 目的对耐万古霉素屎肠球菌(VREFm)全球研究热点进行可视化分析并了解其发展现状,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法检索2000-01-01-2021-12-31科学网(WOS)数据库中VREFm的英文文献,采用Co-Occurrence 9.9进行文献去重并进行同义词合并及频次统计,对作者、机构、期刊及国家等进行文献计量学分析,并对相关文献的期刊、国家、机构进行耦合分析及关键词共现分析,对得到的热词进行网络图谱共现分析。结果2000-2021年,共检索到VREFm相关文献7320篇,报道量呈逐年持续上升的态势,其中美国发文量最多(2415篇),其次是德国(472篇)和中国(359篇)。抗菌药物和化疗期刊发文量和被引率最多(420篇,被引18491次),美国退伍军人事务部是发文量最多的机构(189篇),美国卫生与公众服务部是得到基金资助最多的机构(648篇),Jones RN是发文量最多的作者(119篇)。72个关键词共现分析结果显示,共现次数排名前5位的关键词分别是肠球菌、细菌耐药性、VREFm感染的菌血症、屎肠球菌及VREFm。关键词突现分析结果显示,VREFm初期主要对用药治疗研究,中期主要对耐药机制研究,推测未来研究热点集中在生物膜特殊性、VREFm引起的菌血症感染及有关基因组学分析。结论VREFm全球关注度逐渐提高,美国、德国和中国目前在该研究领域居于核心地位,但中国国际合作较少,应加大与其他国家交流合作频次,取得更多创新性研究成果。在生物学特性和基因组学方面,VREFm研究有很大的发展前景和突破空间。 Objective To visually analyze the global research hotspots of vancomycin resistant Enterococcus faecium(VREFm)and understand its development status,so as to provide reference for rational use of antibiotics in clinical practice.Methods The English literature of VREFm in web of science(WOS)database from January 1,2000to December 31,2021was searched.Co-Occurrence 9.9was used to remove duplicated literated,merge synonym,and calculate frequency.The authors,institutions,journals and countries were analyzed by the method of bibliometrics,and the journals,countries and institutions of related literature were analyzed by coupling analysis and keyword Co-Occurrence analysis.The hot words obtained were analyzed by network atlas Co-Occurrence analysis.Results From 2000to 2021,a total of 7320VREFm related articles were retrieved,and the number of reports continued to rise year by year,with the largest number of articles published in the United States(2415),followed by Germany(472)and China(359).Antibiotics and chemotherapy journals had the highest publication volume and citation rate(420articles,with 18491citations).The United States Department of Veterans Affairs was the organization with the highest volume of publications(189articles).The US Department of Health and Human Services was the institution with the most funding(648articles).Jones RN was the author with the highest volume of publications(119articles).The results of Co-Occurrence analysis of 72keywords showed that the top five keywords in the number of Co-Occurrence were Enterococcus,bacterial resistance,bacteremia caused by VREFm infection,Enterococcus faecium and VREFm.The results of keyword emergence analysis showed that VREFm mainly focused on drug therapy research in the early stage,and drug resistance mechanism research in the middle stage.It was speculated that future research hotspots will focus on biofilm specificity,VREFm induced bacteremia infection,and related genomic analysis.Conclusions The global attention of VREFm is gradually increasing,and the United States,Germany,and China are currently in a core position in this research field.However,China has less international cooperation and should increase the frequency of exchanges and cooperation with other countries to achieve more innovative research results.In terms of biological characteristics and genomics,VREFm research has great development prospects and breakthrough space.
