摘要
目的:探讨参芪解郁颗粒联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗产后抑郁症(PPD)的效果。方法:选择2019年6月—2021年12月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇八医院收治的80例PPD患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予盐酸帕罗西汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予参芪解郁颗粒治疗。对比两组疗效、血清神经递质水平、雌激素(E_(2))与孕激素(P)水平、不良反应。结果:观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6周后,两组血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)水平均较治疗前提高,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的E2、P水平均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),但两组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组、对照组的不良反应发生率分别为7.50%、12.50%,两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参芪解郁颗粒联合盐酸帕罗西汀能调节PPD患者的神经递质水平,提升了临床疗效且不增加不良反应。
Objective:To explore the effect of Shenqi Jieyu Granules combined with Paroxetine Hydrochloride in the treatment of postpartum depression(PPD).Method:A total of 80 patients with PPD admitted to the 908th Hospital of the Joint Service Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from June 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Paroxetine Hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Shenqi Jieyu granules on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,serum neurotransmitter level,estrogen(E_(2))and progesterone(P)levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The curative effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment,the serum levels of 5-hydroxytryptamin(5-HT),norepinephrine(NE)and dopamine(DA)in the two groups increased compared with those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The serum E_(2) and P levels of the two groups increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but there were no statistical differences between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 7.50%and 12.50%respectively,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Jieyu Granules combined with Paroxetine Hydrochloride can regulate the level of neurotransmitter in patients with PPD,improves the clinical efficacy without increasing adverse reactions.
