摘要
黄金属高价值贵金属,其产品一次合格率低对企业效益影响很大。分析影响4N金粉生产一次合格率的主要原因是银含量超标。试验改进了粗金粉精制还原工艺,在原金还原化学精炼工艺中增加氧化酸浸—控电还原工序,并在氯化液过滤前增加冷却系统。试验结果表明,粗金粉精制还原工艺改进后,生产的4N金粉平均品位达到99.997%,含银仅为0.001%,一次合格率达到100%。
As a high-value noble metal,the first-pass yield of gold has a great impact on corporate profitability.The main influence factor of 4N gold powder production is analyzed to be excessive silver content.The experimental refining and reduction process of crude gold powder is improved by increasing acid leaching oxidization-electric controlled reduction process in the original refining and reduction process and increasing a cooling system before chlorinated liquid filtration.The test results show that after the process improvement,the average grade of produced 4N gold powder,the silver content and the first-pass yield reach 99.997%,0.001%and 100%,respectively.
