摘要
目的探讨奥司他韦胶囊治疗急性上呼吸道感染的疗效及安全性。方法选取2022年4月至2023年4月济南市历下区人民医院发热门诊接收的急性上呼吸道感染患者200例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为连花清瘟颗粒(R)组和奥司他韦胶囊(O)组,每组100例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果O组治疗有效率明显高于R组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与R组相比,O组发热、咽痛、头痛、咳嗽咳痰、鼻塞流涕消失时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组HR明显降低(P<0.05),SpO_(2)明显升高(P<0.05),且O组比R组变化更显著(P<0.05);O组不良反应发生率(6.00%)明显低于R组(18.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用奥司他韦胶囊治疗急性上呼吸道感染疗效显著,并可降低不良反应发生率,安全性较高。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of oseltamivir capsule in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 200 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to fever clinic of Lixia District People's Hospital of Jinan City from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into Lianhua Qingwen granule(R)group and oseltamivir capsule(O)group,with 100 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in group O was significantly higher than that in group R,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with R group,the disappearance time of fever,sore throat,headache,cough and phlegm,nasal congestion and runny nose in group O was significantly shortened,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in heart rate(HR)and blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,HR was significantly decreased(P<0.05),SpO_(2) was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the changes in group O were more significant than those in group R(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group O(6.00%)was significantly lower than that in group R(18.00%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Oseltamivir capsule is effective in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection,and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and has high safety.
