摘要
在当今社会,大学校园文化氛围已经成为衡量一所大学综合实力的重要指标之一。而制度体系作为大学内部管理的重要组成部分,对于塑造校园文化氛围具有不可忽视的作用。基于此,该文以新疆石河子职业技术学院中的兵团红色文化为背景,通过对大学校园文化氛围的实证研究,分析大学校园文化氛围的内涵,探讨制度体系在塑造和传承兵团红色文化中的作用,并分析大学校园文化氛围中制度体系构建的要素,继而提出大学校园文化氛围之制度体系的构建,要融入红色文化元素、注重文化传播传承、强化制度体系保障、开展红色系列活动及树立兵团学生榜样,以期为大学校园文化建设提供有益的借鉴和启示,为兵团红色文化的传承和发展提供有力保障。
In today's society,the cultural atmosphere of university campuses has become one of the important indicators for measuring a university's comprehensive strength.As an important component of internal management in universities,the institutional system plays an indispensable role in shaping the campus cultural atmosphere.Based on this,this article takes the Red Culture of the Corps in Xinjiang Shihezi Vocational and Technical College as the background,conducts empirical research on the cultural atmosphere of university campuses,analyzes the connotation of the cultural atmosphere of university campuses,explores the role of institutional systems in shaping and inheriting the Red Culture of the Corps,and analyzes the elements of institutional system construction in the cultural atmosphere of university campuses,and then proposes the construction of institutional system for the cultural atmosphere of university campuses.We should integrate the elements of red culture,pay attention to cultural dissemination and inheritance,strengthen institutional guarantees,carry out red series activities,and set an example for the students of the Corps,in order to provide useful reference and inspiration for the construction of university campus culture,and provide effective guarantees for the inheritance and development of the Corps'red culture.
