摘要
针对晋能控股装备制造集团某矿10-430B1巷综掘工作面存在粉尘浓度大,工作环境恶劣,安全隐患大的问题,通过进行数值模拟并进行现场实测来分析了该工作面粉尘运移规律,得出回风侧区域是掘进工作面粉尘主要聚集地,特别是距掘进工作面4~6 m处粉尘浓度达到了最高,对此,提出了多级防尘措施相结合的防尘策略,通过进行产尘源治理,粉尘运移过程治理以及进行粉尘个体防护后,经监测发现在距工作面20 m范围内粉尘浓度都低于了120 mg/m^(3),降尘效率达到了80%以上,取得了显著的降尘效果,更好的保障了综掘工作面的安全高效作业。
In response to the problem of high dust concentration,harsh working environment,and significant safety hazards in the comprehensive excavation working face of Lane 10-430B1 in a certain mine of Jinneng Holdings Equipment Manufacturing Group,numerical simulation and on-site measurement were conducted to analyze the migration law of flour dust in this work.It was found that the return air side area is the main gathering place for flour dust in excavation work,especially at a distance of 4~6 meters from the excavation working face,where the dust concentration reached its highest.A dust prevention strategy combining multi-level dust prevention measures was proposed.After controlling the dust source,dust transport process,and individual dust protection,it was found through monitoring that the dust concentration within a range of 20 meters from the working face was lower than 120 mg/m^(3),and the dust reduction efficiency reached over 80%.Significant dust reduction effects were achieved,better ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the comprehensive excavation working face.
