摘要
目的针对脑梗死患者实施低分子肝素治疗干预,研究其临床疗效以及应用价值分析。方法选择2022年6月—2023年6月平邑县人民医院收治的60例脑梗死患者为研究对象。采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予低分子肝素治疗,比较两组脑梗死患者的临床效果以及并发症发生率。结果观察组临床治疗有效率(100.00%)显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.230,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(13.33%)明显低于对照组(43.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.648,P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者实施低分子肝素治疗干预,临床效果显著提升,能够明显降低患者的并发症发生率。
Objective To implement low molecular heparin therapy for patients with cerebral infarction,and to ana-lyze its clinical efficacy and application value.Methods 60 patients with cerebral infarction treated in Pingyi County People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conven-tional treatment,and the observation group was given low molecular heparin treatment,to compare the clinical effects and complication rates of the two groups of patients with cerebral infarction.Results The clinical effective rate of cere-bral infarction patients in the observation group(100.00%)was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.230,P<0.05).The complication rate of cerebral infarction patients in the observation group(13.33%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(43.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.648,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of low molecular heparin therapeutic in-tervention for patients with cerebral infarction has a significant effect on improving the clinical outcome,and can sig-nificantly improve the complication rate of patients.
