摘要
为了提高矿产资源的综合利用率,实现金属价值最大化,针对四川会理某多金属铜铅锌矿性质复杂,矿石结构嵌布紧密,金属包裹严重,单体解离困难等问题,进行了优先浮选工艺试验研究。研究结果表明:对原矿进行2精1扫选铜—4精1扫选铅—2精1扫选锌闭路试验,可获得铜品位18.40%、铜回收率82.43%的铜精矿,铅品位54.70%、铅回收率70.60%的铅精矿,锌品位51.15%、锌回收率90.60%的锌精矿,铜、铅、锌精矿品位及回收率指标较好,达到了矿物有价组分综合回收利用的目的。
In order to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of mineral resources and maximize the value of metals,in view of the complex properties of a polymetallic copper-lead-zinc mine in Huili of Sichuan,close distribution of ore structure,serious metal encapsulation and difficult monomer dissociation,the preferential flotation process test was carried out.The results show that the copper concentrate with copper grade of 18.40%and copper recovery of 82.43%,the lead concentrate with lead grade of 54.70%and lead recovery of 70.60%,and the zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 51.15%and zinc recovery of 90.60%can be obtained by the closed-circuit test of two cleaning and one scavenging separation copper,four cleaning and one scavenging separation lead,two cleaning and one scavenging separation zinc.The grade and recovery rate of copper,lead and zinc concentrate are good,and the purpose of comprehensive recovery and utilization of minerals valuable components is achieved.
