摘要
目的观察复方丹参滴丸联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的效果。方法选取2020年2月-2022年2月我院诊治的120例糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各组60例。对照组采用羟苯磺酸钙治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方丹参滴丸治疗,比较两组临床效果、血糖指标、视力改善情况、眼部症状(视野灰度值、血管瘤体积、黄斑厚度、出血斑面积)以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);两组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组视力>1.0占比大于对照组(P<0.05),而视力0.7~1.0、0.4~0.6、≤0.4占比与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后视野灰度值、血管瘤体积、黄斑厚度、出血斑面积均小于治疗前,且观察组小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的效果确切,可改善视网膜症状,提升视力水平,降低血糖水平,且不增加不良反应发生几率。
Objective To observe the effect of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetic retinopathy diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with calcium dobesilate,and the observation group was treated with compound Danshen dripping pills on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,blood glucose index,visual acuity improvement,ocular symptoms(visual field gray value,hemangioma volume,macular thickness,bleeding spot area)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of visual acuity>1.0 in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the proportion of visual acuity 0.7-1.0,0.4-0.6,≤0.4 between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the gray value of visual field,hemangioma volume,macular thickness and hemorrhage area in the two groups were smaller than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were smaller than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with calcium dobesilate is effective in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy,which can improve retinal symptoms,improve visual acuity,reduce blood glucose levels,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
